Job Scope:
- Triage and respond to email enquiries from members of the public and relevant stakeholders with professionalism, accuracy, and in accordance with established service level standards.
- Fact-finding before drafting proposed responses for clearance.
- Pack and arrange logistics delivery to relevant stakeholders. This includes coordinating deliveries with stakeholders and client's mailroom, tracking delivery status and maintaining inventory records (where applicable).
- Provide on-site support at Culture Pass Office events when required. Approach and engage members of public to explain about the scheme and assist with credits activation and ticket purchase.
- Perform administrative duties when assigned.
Requirements:
- Excellent written communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with IT systems (training provided)
- Willing to support event outside of standard working hours
Working Arrangement:
Mondays to Fridays: Office Hours
Location: City Hall
Duration: 3 Months (extendable)
Salary: $1980 - 3910/Month
