We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Admin Support professional with relevant experience in the insurance and banking sectors. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting Insurance Specialists and ensuring smooth administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare client presentation materials including policy illustrations, summary quotes, and review packs.
- Assist Insurance Specialists with day-to-day administrative tasks such as:
- Printing and binding documents/forms
- Coordinating local and overseas courier arrangements
- Submitting documents to insurers and internal stakeholders
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all documentation and support activities.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance or related field
- Around 47 years of experience in insurance and/or banking administrative support.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
