Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Admin Support professional with relevant experience in the insurance and banking sectors. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting Insurance Specialists and ensuring smooth administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare client presentation materials including policy illustrations, summary quotes, and review packs.
  • Assist Insurance Specialists with day-to-day administrative tasks such as:
  • Printing and binding documents/forms
  • Coordinating local and overseas courier arrangements
  • Submitting documents to insurers and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all documentation and support activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Finance or related field
  • Around 47 years of experience in insurance and/or banking administrative support.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in handling documentations
