Job Description

Position: Admin Assistant (Car Automotive Centre)
Salary : $2,500 - $3,000

Location : Sin Ming

Working Hours:

  • Mon - Fri | 8:30am - 5:30pm
  • Sat | 8:30am - 4:00pm

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, quotations, purchase orders, and delivery orders
  • Provide customer service support by responding to enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
  • Coordinate with customers on service appointments, scheduling, and follow-ups
  • Assist in maintaining proper documentation, filing, and record-keeping
  • Update company records and prepare basic reports
  • Support workshop operations by liaising between customers and internal team
  • Perform data entry using Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
  • Assist management with ad-hoc administrative and customer-related tasks

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O level or above
  • Prior experience in administrative or customer service role (experience in automotive/workshop industry will be an advantage)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
  • Good communication and coordination skills
