Requirements

  • N/ O Levels or Diploma with 2 years of relevant work experience
  • The ability to work independently
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • The ability to work across cultures and with diverse range of people

Responsibilities

  • Providing secretarial and administrative support for members in the team handlingadministrative enquiries from internal and external customers
  • Managing travel arrangements and booking hotels and reservations
  • Managing Expense reports
  • Calendar management and appointment scheduling
  • Assist in preparing and submitting expense claims
  • Manning incoming and directing the calls
  • Contract review for accuracy and completeness
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing courier deliveries
  • Perform bank deposits Involved in Ad-Hoc Projects
