Job Summary
You will support sales operations by communicating with customers, managing documentation, and proposing telecommunication solutions to meet customer needs and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads to generate sales opportunities
- Provide administrative support by preparing quotations, sales orders, and invoices accurately for the sales team
- Manage sales documentation and maintain follow-up communications with existing customers and new prospects
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email to ensure customer satisfaction
- Propose appropriate telecommunication solutions to customers based on their requirements
- Assist customers with application procedures and contract renewals to maintain ongoing service agreements
- Support contract renewal processing as part of Singtel channel partner responsibilities
- Work alternate Saturdays as required to support business operations

- Incentives provided for meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Able to work alternate Saturdays ( half day)
