Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties
Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence
Maintain proper filing systems (physical and electronic)
Prepare reports, letters, and documents as required
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments
Manage office supplies, pantry items, and service vendors
Purchasing / Procurement Duties
Assist in sourcing, requesting quotations, and comparing prices
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) in a timely manner
Liaise with suppliers on orders, deliveries, and payment matters
Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods/services
Verify delivery orders and invoices for accuracy
Maintain proper purchasing records and supplier documentation
Support inventory tracking and stock control
