Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Duties

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Maintain proper filing systems (physical and electronic)
  • Prepare reports, letters, and documents as required
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments
  • Manage office supplies, pantry items, and service vendors

Purchasing / Procurement Duties

  • Assist in sourcing, requesting quotations, and comparing prices
  • Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) in a timely manner
  • Liaise with suppliers on orders, deliveries, and payment matters
  • Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods/services
  • Verify delivery orders and invoices for accuracy
  • Maintain proper purchasing records and supplier documentation
  • Support inventory tracking and stock control
