Job Summary
You will manage front desk operations by handling queries, calls, emails, and social media feedback. You will maintain member and training records, support bookkeeping tasks, and provide administrative assistance for Club events such as competitions, camps, talks, and workshops.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to member and public queries via phone, email, and social media to ensure effective communication and member satisfaction
- Maintain and update the members databank accurately to support membership management and reporting
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and assist with corporate income tax understanding to support financial record-keeping
- Update and maintain class and training attendance records to track participant engagement and program effectiveness
- Provide administrative support for Club events including competitions, camps, talks, and workshops to ensure smooth event execution
- Use MS Office applications proficiently to prepare documents, reports, and correspondence
- Communicate clearly in English in both written and spoken forms to facilitate daily operations and member interactions
- Demonstrate a pleasant and friendly disposition to create a welcoming environment for members and visitors
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum secondary school education, with O level qualification preferred
- At least 2 years of work experience in a similar administrative or front desk role
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Spoken proficiency in Chinese to assist with communication in a multilingual environment

- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: $2,600.00 - $2,700.00 per month
- Benefits: Additional leave, Health insurance
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, Weekend availability
- Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary
