We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting company operations and project activities through efficient administrative and data management. Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events with all stakeholders.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and clients via email and phone, ensuring all parties are updated on project status and requirements.
- Handle all administrative tasks, including filing, document preparation, and office supply management.
- Organise, maintain, and update company records and data using Microsoft Office and other digital tools.
- Prepare and distribute detailed reports on project progress and administrative activities in a timely manner.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information at all timesy.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
