We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. As the first point of contact for many of our clients and partners, you will play a crucial role in keeping our communication channels organized and ensuring that project inquiries are handled efficiently.
Email Management: Monitor and organize the main company inbox prioritize urgent communications and escalate technical queries to the relevant project managers.
Inquiry Handling: Respond professionally to general inquiries from sub-contractors, suppliers, and clients via email and phone.
Documentation: Assist in preparing and filing project-related documents, including quotations, purchase orders, and site reports.
Scheduling: Coordinate meetings and maintain the office calendar to ensure timely follow-ups on tenders and project deadlines.
General Admin: Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the management team as required.
Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role (experience within the construction or engineering industry is a plus).
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office software.
Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
