Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily administrative and operational supports
  • Maintain and update company records, databases, and spreadsheets accurately
  • Perform data verification, analysis, and report reconciliation
  • Coordinate client communications, appointments, and follow-ups
  • Manage inventory records and process sales orders
  • Oversee renewal of company accounts, service contracts, and subscriptions
  • Handle ad-hoc administrative duties assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline
  • Candidates without prior experience but with strong learning ability are welcome to apply
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Meticulous, well-organized, proactive, and able to multi-task effectively
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese (spoken and written) to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of AI software usage will be good
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and TikTok Shop seller dashboards is a plus.

  • Working Days: 5.5 days per week (with alternate Saturday off)
  • Work Location: Paya Lebar (near MRT station)
