Job Description

Overview:
The Admin & Operations Executive (Project Progress Tracking) is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and monitoring of TechCare initiatives. This role ensures accurate tracking ofproject milestones, timely reporting, and smooth administrative and operational processes to support service delivery for seniors.
Focus: Admin support and day-to-day operations for eldercare programmes, and tracking of project progress.

Responsibilities:
1)Project Tracking & Reporting
. Monitor and track progress of TechCare projects against timelines, deliverables, and KPIs

. Maintain up-to-date project dashboards, trackers, and documentation

. Prepare regular progress reports for management and stakeholders

. Identify delays or risks and escalate issues when necessary

2) Operations Support
. Coordinate scheduling and logistics for TechCare programmes and activities

. Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and community partners to ensure smooth execution

. Support procurement, inventory tracking, and resource allocation

3) Administrative Duties
. Maintain proper documentation, filing systems, and records for projects

. Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and invoice processing

. Support meeting coordination, including minutes-taking and follow-ups

4) Data Management & Analysis. Collect, organize, and analyze operational and programme data

. Ensure data accuracy and compliance with organizational policies

Requirements:

  • Diploma in any related field.
  • At least 1 year of admin or ops support experience preferred.
  • Good with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and a good team player.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and support on-the-ground operations.
  • Must be comfortable in working and communicating with elderly.

This role is a 1-year contractual role (renewable).
