We are a growing business looking for our first Admin & Operations Assistant to be the backbone of our daily operations. This is not just a routine admin job - we are looking for someone who can take ownership, stay organized, and grow with us as we scale.
Responsibilities:
. Manage and organize business documents, contracts, and records
. Handle emails, calls, and WhatsApp communications professionally
. Schedule meetings, interviews, and appointments
. Prepare simple reports, presentations, and forms
. Maintain and update client/candidate databases (CRM/Excel)
. Assist with social media posting and online listings
. Coordinate with clients, candidates, and suppliers
. Support basic bookkeeping (invoices, expense tracking)
. Follow up on pending tasks and deadlines
. Provide general administrative and operational support
Job Requirements
. Diploma / A-Level / Degree in any field (fresh grads welcome)
. Strong organizational and communication skills
. Comfortable with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
. Able to multitask, follow through independently, and pay attention to detail
. Positive, reliable, and eager to learn in a growing business
. Prior admin or customer-facing experience is a bonus
