Job Scope:
Assist with tasks relating to office administration and operations, including:
- Process invoices for payment including reviewing and obtaining relevant supporting documents, creating receipts, and liaising with vendors when required
- Coordinate with vendors for servicing and repair of office equipment such as air purifiers, water dispensers, printers.
- Monitor stock levels of office and pantry supplies and arrange purchases to replenish inventory when needed
- Review Open Purchase Orders during year-end Open PO Review.
- Assist in issuing Purchase Orders for procurement and renewal of subscription if needed, such as office and pantry items, lease of printers and subscriptions.
- Coordinate Fixed Asset transfers and disposals requests for submission in Workday
- Coordinate with Admin to arrange digitalisation of registry files for uploading to e-registry system
- Support HR-related processes including staff onboarding, HCC orientation, and offboarding
- Maintain temporary staff quota record
- Attend to staff enquiries, issues, and requests relating to office administration and operations
- Handle other ad hoc tasks relating to office administration and operations as required
Salary: Up to $3500/Month
Duration: Dec 2025 to May 2026
Working Hours:
8:15am to 5:30pm Mon-Thu
8:15am to 5pm on Friday (except last Friday of the month 8:15am to 4:30pm)
Location: Jurong
Requirements:
- Preferably 2 years experience in office administration
- Experience with government procurement and use of Workday preferred Customer
