Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a tidy and efficient office, act as the first point of contact for visitors and phone calls.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, courier deliveries, draft emails and reports.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks like preparing invoices, maintaining expense records.
- Assist with performing data entry and updating databases
- Liaise with external parties like clients, auditors, government agencies, suppliers for information,
documents, etc., where appropriate.
- Assist with preparing unaudited financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards.
- Assist with preparing audited/unaudited financial statements in XBRL format.

Key Requirements

- Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline.
- Fresh graduate or person with 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
- Competent with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), basic experience with
accounting and corporate secretarial software like MYOB and CAS.
- Competent in both written and spoken English.
- Have a positive attitude towards challenges, highly motivated to perform, eager to learn.
- Able to multitask, and work independently or as a team.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
