Job Description

The Student Care Administrator supports the daily operations of the student care centre by handling administrative tasks, maintaining records, assisting in communication with parents, and ensuring smooth coordination between staff, students, and external stakeholders. This role is key to creating an organised and efficient environment that supports both students welfare and the centre's objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Handle student enrolment, withdrawal, and update records accurately.
  • Maintain and update attendance records, fee collection, and payment tracking.
  • Prepare and manage necessary documentation, such as consent forms, travel declarations, and incident reports.
  • Support scheduling of classes, activities, and centre events.
  • Ensure supplies, stationery, and learning materials are adequately stocked.

Communication & Liaison

  • Act as the first point of contact for parents and visitors, handling queries in a professional manner.
  • Disseminate information such as notices, event reminders, and updates to parents.
  • Coordinate with teachers, coaches, and external vendors for programmes or services.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Assist in ensuring compliance with safety, health, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Prepare simple reports for management, such as enrolment statistics or fee collection summaries.

General Support

  • Provide administrative support to the centre supervisor and teaching staff when needed.
  • Assist with student supervision during transitions, meal times, or special events (as required).

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE O-Level / Diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in administrative or customer service roles preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic IT systems.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to multitask effectively.

Working Hours
