Description

We are seeking an organized and proactive Admin to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in administrative roles and will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative tasks and provide support to the team.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain organized filing systems both physically and digitally.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
  • Handle correspondence and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Experience with data entry and database management is a plus.
  • Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers and scanners.
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or accounting principles is a plus.
