Provide administrative support to management at head office to ensure smooth daily operations
Update ISO manuals, coordinate audits, manage certificate renewals, and maintain accurate documentation and filing systems
Manage company and builder licensing applications and renewals to ensure compliance with regulations
Handle workers work permit matters, prepare monthly worker salary records, arrange worker training and courses, and manage related worker affairs
Oversee office IT systems and coordinate with external IT support to maintain operational efficiency
Maintain and update the company profile to reflect current information accurately
Assist in organizing staff welfare programs, corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, and other company activities to foster employee engagement
Manage purchasing, leasing, and upkeep of office assets including computers, furniture, telephones, photocopiers, air conditioners, and water dispensers to ensure a functional work environment
Track monthly office expenses and verify supplier invoices to support financial accuracy
Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Directors to support business needs
