Job Description

You will be providing administrative support to the team. Your duties include:

Responsibilities

  • Managed the referral inbox
  • Contact referrals to check on their job interest and background before assignment
  • Prepare the list of referral for the day to CM for assignment to coaches
  • Manage the referral Masterlist
  • Prepare data for reporting
  • Other duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements

  • O level and above qualification
  • Able to converse in English & another 2nd language due to managing clients
  • Preferable to have prior customer service experiences dealing with challenging situations/demanding clients
  • Meticulous, independent and a team-player
  • Proficient in MS Office(Excel & Word)
