You will be providing administrative support to the team. Your duties include:
Responsibilities
- Managed the referral inbox
- Contact referrals to check on their job interest and background before assignment
- Prepare the list of referral for the day to CM for assignment to coaches
- Manage the referral Masterlist
- Prepare data for reporting
- Other duties assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- O level and above qualification
- Able to converse in English & another 2nd language due to managing clients
- Preferable to have prior customer service experiences dealing with challenging situations/demanding clients
- Meticulous, independent and a team-player
- Proficient in MS Office(Excel & Word)
