Job Description

Job Summary Execute basic accounting, HR and Corporate Secretarial operations. The position will traverse between legal filings, Work Pass administration, and office financial operations to support the Operations Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Corporate Secretariat: Coordinate with external secretariats for Singapore and BVI legal filings maintain the repository for manufacturing, subsidiary, supplier and customer agreements.
  • Financial Admin: Execute bank entries for payments (local/BVI), track and manage utility billings, staff reimbursements, and perform payment filing.
  • HR & Manpower: Manage end-to-end HR for 20+ staff (excluding payroll), including MOM Work Pass lifecycles.
  • Office Operations: Oversee office procurement, lease and maintenance, and manage office vendors (cleaners/supplies).

Requirements

  • Experience: 2-4 years in a Admin, HR, and Corp Sec role (preferable).

  • Knowledge: Proficient in ACRA, MOM, and BVI filing frameworks.

  • Skills: Basic bookkeeping and proficiency in online banking.

  • Education: Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, HR, or equivalent.

  • Attributes: Absolute integrity in financial handling and meticulous attention to legal documentation.
