Job Description

Admin Manager
The Admin Manager is to supervise daily support operations of our company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures. You will work with a team of professionals to complete a range of administrative duties in the company. The Administrative Manager will develop, review, and improve policies, systems, and procedures and generally ensure the office operates smoothly and efficiently.

Specific Responsibilities
Individual to be involved in:
1. Observe and improve company structure, and SOP.
2. Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
3. Facilitating communication throughout with company and clients.
4. Implement and execute company's policies.
5. Oversee and improvise on company's daily admin operations.

Technical Skills and Competencies:
1. Ability in maintaining client and vendor relationships, preparing contracts, handling dispute resolution, and ensuring compliance with project specifications.
2. Proficient in using office software and digital tools for managing documents, scheduling tasks, and tracking project progress.
3. Understanding of accounting concepts, practices, and terminology to support day-to-day operational efficiency.
