Job Summary
You will support the administrative functions by accurately managing documents, responding to enquiries, and assisting with various office tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Sort, prepare, scan, and index documents accurately to maintain organized records
- Perform quality checks on documents to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Track and organize documents to support efficient retrieval and workflow
- Provide administrative support to team members to facilitate office operations
- Respond promptly and professionally to phone enquiries to assist internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare documentation as required to support business processes
- Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned to support team needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Prior working experience as an administrator will be advantageous
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
- Possess GCE A Level or Diploma in any field
