Key Responsibilities
- Order Management: Processing sales person sales orders, quotations, and invoices in ERP systems.
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinating with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal warehouses to schedule deliveries.
- Documentation: Preparing and verifying logistics documents, packing lists, delivery orders, work orders.
- Inventory Control: Monitoring stock levels, updating inventory records, and coordinating inventory planning.
- Sales Support: Assisting the sales team by tracking orders and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years in sales administration, customer service, or logistics operations.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems
- Competencies: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
