Role Summary:
Reporting to the Head of Operation, he/she is require managing below duties.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day administration duties such as generate quotation/ Stock Issue/ Delivery Order.
- Support inStock Count for Inventory Accuracy from time to time
- Coordinate projects for delivery schedules and goods planning.
- Stocks packing for client projects and display.
- To receive and check both in-coming and out-going stocks.
Ac-hoc duties
Requirements:
- With and without relevant working experience will be considered
- ITE or Diploma in relevant Business Admin / Supply Chain Management or relevantindustry
- Possess strong problem-solving abilities Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Able to multitask, possess good interpersonal and organizational skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- CRM Software (Autocount/SAP/Xero), Microsoft Office, Power Point, Auto cad knowledge will be an added advantage
