Key Responsibilities:
Assist staff with basic IT support, such as password resets, account setup, and troubleshooting hardware or software issues.
Maintain IT asset inventory, track allocation, and manage returns for departing staff.
Verify IT-related invoices and submit reports to Finance and Admin Teams.
Liaise with vendors for procurement, repairs, or replacements of IT equipment.
Support general office administration: Service & Maintenance of equipment/repairs, office supplies, and small internal events.
Other ad-hoc tasks related to daily office operations.
Requirements:
Basic administrative skills
Basic IT knowledge and familiarity with office software
Proficiency in MS Office Application (Microsoft word, Microsoft excel & Microsoft PowerPoint)
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimum supervision
Keen learner and able to work in fast-paced environment
Available 2 days per week onsite.
