Responsibilities
Administrative support in day-to-day operations, including:
- Updating and maintaining internal records in electronic databases with accuracy.
- Preparing email correspondence based on templates.
- Preparing draft invoices using the e-invoicing system.
Qualifications
- Higher Nitec / Technical Diploma / Polytechnic Diploma in any discipline.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- No prior experience required. Training will be provided.
- Ability to adapt and willingness to learn.
