. Issue quotations, Invoices and process orders accurately and timely based on customers requirements
. Handles accounts payable and accounts receivable
. Attend to all enquiries via phone and emails
. Provide general administrative support to the department
. Assist in preparation financial audit & GST submission
Requirement:
. Candidate should possess at least O Level/Professional Certificate/Diploma holder in any field with minimum 3 year of relevant experience.
. Good organizational and interpersonal skills
. Team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
. Able to start work within short notice
