Job Title:

Administrative & Human Resources Executive

1. Administrative Responsibilities

  • Handle daily office administration tasks (filing, documentation, records management).

  • Prepare and maintain company documents, contracts, and internal reports.

  • Manage office supplies, procurement, and vendor coordination.

  • Coordinate office maintenance, renovation, and facility management.

  • Support management with scheduling, meeting arrangements, and travel bookings.

  • Handle invoice processing, purchase orders, and payment follow-ups with finance.

  • Maintain proper documentation for audits and internal compliance.

2. Human Resources Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment process: job posting, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.

  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation.

  • Handle employee records, attendance, leave tracking, and payroll support.

  • Manage CPF submissions and statutory compliance (MOM, IRAS, CPF Board).

  • Assist in foreign worker applications (EP, S P, Work Permit, quota tracking).

  • Coordinate staff training, probation reviews, and performance documentation.

  • Handle staff welfare, benefits, and employee relations matters.

3. Compliance & Corporate Support

  • Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations and company policies.

  • Maintain company policies, employee handbook, and SOP documentation.

  • Support audits and corporate governance requirements.

4. Skills & Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • At least 1-3 years of admin or HR experience (fresh graduates may apply).

  • Familiar with MOM regulations, CPF, and payroll processes.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
