Administrative & Human Resources Executive
Handle daily office administration tasks (filing, documentation, records management).
Prepare and maintain company documents, contracts, and internal reports.
Manage office supplies, procurement, and vendor coordination.
Coordinate office maintenance, renovation, and facility management.
Support management with scheduling, meeting arrangements, and travel bookings.
Handle invoice processing, purchase orders, and payment follow-ups with finance.
Maintain proper documentation for audits and internal compliance.
Manage recruitment process: job posting, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation.
Handle employee records, attendance, leave tracking, and payroll support.
Manage CPF submissions and statutory compliance (MOM, IRAS, CPF Board).
Assist in foreign worker applications (EP, S P, Work Permit, quota tracking).
Coordinate staff training, probation reviews, and performance documentation.
Handle staff welfare, benefits, and employee relations matters.
Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations and company policies.
Maintain company policies, employee handbook, and SOP documentation.
Support audits and corporate governance requirements.
Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 1-3 years of admin or HR experience (fresh graduates may apply).
Familiar with MOM regulations, CPF, and payroll processes.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and work independently.
