Job Description:

  • Answer phone calls, handle mails, and arrange courier services to maintain smooth office communication
  • Manage office supplies and maintain office equipment and facilities to support daily operations
  • Handling full spectrum of HR duties
  • Responsible for recruitment process including advertising, interview, selection, on-boarding, etc
  • To process employees work pass applications, renewals and cancellation
  • Coordinate and administer training & development programs including submitting of claims/training grants to various government agencies
  • Monthly payroll computation and reports
  • Maintain an efficient filing system for internal, external, and confidential documents to support information management
  • Other Ad-hoc jobs assigned

Requirements

  • Knowledge in local employment laws and practices
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Compulsory: Words and Excel)
  • Efficiency and accuracy
  • Cooperative team member
  • Willing to learn
