Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

  • Manage the full recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters
  • Manage employee records and maintain HR documentation
  • Oversee performance evaluations and staff development programs
  • Coordinate payroll processing and employee benefits
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company regulations

Administration

  • Oversee daily office administrative operations
  • Manage office supplies, facilities, and vendor coordination
  • Maintain company records, documentation, and filing systems
  • Support management with scheduling, reports, and meeting coordination
  • Supervise administrative staff
  • Ensure office policies and procedures are followed
  • Handle ad hoc duties as and when required

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration / Human Resources or equivalent or 5 years similar practical experience
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations
  • A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to interact well with people at all levels
  • Proficient in computerized payroll and ERP system
  • Meticulous, well-organized and able to work independently within deadlines.
