Responsibilities
. Assist in General administrative and HR related matters
. Handle in-coming phone calls (we do not receive many calls) and direct enquiries appropriately
. Manage the usage and inventory of office resources
. Handle staff claims and assist Accountant
. Handle other administrative duties as assigned from time to time
Requirements
. Minimum GCE O/A Levels/Diploma/Graduate holder are welcome to apply
. Fresh or Experienced are welcome - important is good attitude and willing to learn
. May have client facing opportunity and much room to grow /learn
. Good organisational skills are a plus
. Good coordination skills are a plus
