Job Summary
We are seeking an Admin & Finance Executive to manage daily office administration, perform finance checks, and support basic HR tasks with provided training.
Responsibilities
- Prepare invoices, delivery orders, claims, and related documentation accurately to support financial operations
- Conduct accounts receivable and accounts payable checks and maintain organized filing systems
- Respond promptly and professionally to phone and email enquiries to support internal and external communication
- Provide administrative assistance to Directors to facilitate smooth office operations
- Support payroll processing, leave claims, work pass applications, and other HR administrative tasks to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Maintain accurate records and documents to support audit readiness and operational efficiency
- Perform bank reconciliations and complete general administrative duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to complete daily tasks efficiently
- Effective communication skills in English and Mandarin to support diverse workplace interactions
- Demonstrate responsibility, organization, and a proactive attitude to manage tasks independently
- Exhibit problem-solving skills to address challenges and improve processes
