Accounts & Admin Executive
Job Description:
We are looking for an Accounts & Admin Executive to support daily accounting and office administration duties. This role mainly focuses on invoicing, AR/AP checks, documentation, and general admin support. Basic HR administrative support may be required from time to time. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare invoices, delivery orders, claims, and related documents
- Perform basic AR/AP checks
- Assist with bank reconciliation and finance record-keeping
- Maintain proper filing and documentation
- Handle phone and email enquiries
- Assist Directors with administrative support
- Support general office admin duties and ad hoc tasks
- Assist with basic HR admin matters when required
Requirements:
- Able to use Microsoft Office applications
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin to liaise with customers and colleagues
- Responsible, organised, and detail-oriented
- Willing to learn and has a good attitude
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Problem-solving mindset
