Job Description
. Handle daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office workflow.
. Maintain and organize company records, documents, and filing systems in an accurate and timely manner.
. Assist in basic finance administrative tasks including invoice processing, expense claims, and coordination with finance team.
. Support accounts-related documentation such as AR/AP records, payment tracking, and bank-related admin coordination.
. Coordinate with external parties such as tax agents, corporate secretaries, auditors, and service providers.
. Provide coordination support across departments and assist in ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
Job Requirements
. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Administration / Office Management / Accounting support or related field.
. Basic understanding of accounting processes (AR/AP) is an advantage.
. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general office software experience with XERO is a plus.
. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
. Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to liaise with stakeholders.
. Self-motivated, proactive, and responsible with a positive working attitude.
