Job Summary

You will manage communication channels, coordinate schedules, welcome visitors, and maintain accurate records to support smooth office operations in a central location near Bright Hill MRT.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to phone calls and emails to ensure effective communication with clients and colleagues
  • Schedule meetings and appointments accurately to optimize calendar management
  • Welcome and assist visitors and clients professionally at the front desk to create a positive first impression
  • Enter data and update records systematically to maintain accurate databases
  • Organize and file physical and digital documents to ensure easy retrieval and efficient record keeping
