Join our team as an organised and proactive Admin Executive.
We are looking for a highly organised and experienced individual to support our HR and administrative functions and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including accurate recordkeeping and file management.
- Assist with monthly payroll processing and register staff/workers for training courses.
- Manage and process insurance matters, including WICA, Public Liability, Motor and Medical Insurance policies and claims.
- Handle the purchase of Primary Care Plan (PCP) for eligible workers.
- Monitor tasks diligently with strong follow-up skills to ensure completion.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by your immediate superior.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative role, preferably within the Administration & Office Support industry.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Good command of English and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Familiarity with basic HR and administrative processes and procedures.
- Positive work attitude and willingness to learn.
