Job Description

Join our team as an organised and proactive Admin Executive.
We are looking for a highly organised and experienced individual to support our HR and administrative functions and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including accurate recordkeeping and file management.
  • Assist with monthly payroll processing and register staff/workers for training courses.
  • Manage and process insurance matters, including WICA, Public Liability, Motor and Medical Insurance policies and claims.
  • Handle the purchase of Primary Care Plan (PCP) for eligible workers.
  • Monitor tasks diligently with strong follow-up skills to ensure completion.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by your immediate superior.


Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative role, preferably within the Administration & Office Support industry.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Good command of English and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
  • Familiarity with basic HR and administrative processes and procedures.
  • Positive work attitude and willingness to learn.
