- Provide general office administration duties (stationery & pantry supplies)
- Manage incoming emails and phone calls
- Maintain and monitor office supplies inventory
- Assist in preparing invoices & issuing Purchase Orders (PO)
- Coordinate staff insurance matters
- Handle course registrations & training arrangements
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field
- 1-2 years of admin experience preferred
- Familiar with administrative tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented & able to multitask
- Responsible, proactive & able to work independently
- Able to start immediately / short notice preferred
Working Hours: Mon - Fri (8.30am - 5.30pm)
Salary: $2,500 - $3,500
