Job Description:
- Coordinate and respond to maintenance requests, as well as carry out preventive maintenance activities for all outlets and the Central Kitchen.
- Keep track of service agreements and maintain proper records of equipment for outlets and the Central Kitchen.
- Plan and organize maintenance schedules.
- Handle Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders, and coordinate with the finance team on payments and related matters.
- Arrange distribution of QA supplies to all outlets.
- Perform any additional tasks or responsibilities assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Management or any related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as Admin role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
