Job Description

Role Summary

The Admin Executive provides essential administrative support across PwC's Corporate Services, enabling smooth operations and contributing to the efficiency of internal processes. This role ensures that office workflows, travel arrangements, meetings, and documentation are managed effectively, allowing the broader team to focus on delivering high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Open, sort, and route incoming mail and correspondence to relevant staff or departments
  • Perform routine administrative tasks, including drafting basic correspondence, entering data, and maintaining workflow records
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and setup of office training or meeting venues
  • Establish, maintain, and update files, records, and other documentation
  • Schedule or assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences as needed
  • Assist with travel arrangements, including completing online travel applications, forms, and coordinating logistics
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders (Compliance, Finance, Controller) on compliance-related queries
  • Support the review and update of travel forms, process maps, work instructions, and templates
  • Escalate time-sensitive travel issues to the Manager and contribute to emergency travel responses
  • Draft internal communications, including travel notices and updates impacting staff
  • Maintain and update information on internal online web pages

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong record-keeping and data maintenance abilities
  • Ability to maintain calendars and schedule appointments efficiently
  • Ability to follow specific instructions and procedures accurately
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented, and highly organized
  • Proficiency in word processing and data entry
  • Skilled in operating basic office equipment
