Carry out various vehicle administrations such as purchase & disposal of vehicle, COE, road tax renewal, season parking, VPC and etc.
Providing operation support to the Logistics/ General Service Department such as arrange passes for driver, vehicle-related permits & license.
Ensure that all company's motor vehicles, building, warehouse and cargoes are properly insured in accordance with the set policies and handle claims for accidents.
Maintains & handle the database of vehicles.
Arrange yearly renewal of ISO & OHSAS certifications.
Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer invoices.
Communicate with customers regarding payment status and resolve any payment discrepancies or issues.
Assist in credit checks for new customers and maintain credit files.
Collaborate with the finance department to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payment processing.
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements:
O level and above
Familiar with MS Words and MS Excel
Good interpersonal and organization skills to be able to communicate effectively with all levels of people both internal and external parties
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking clients
