Key responsibilities:
To play an instrumental role in ensuring the efficient operations of the school's General Office by providing administrative support in the following areas:
Customer Service:
- Attend to enquiries from walk-in customers and phone calls, ensuring timely dissemination of school information to stakeholders.
- Manage the loan of school items and lost & found records.
- Monitor students wellbeing and maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the sick bay.
- Monitor students leaving school early and ensure confirmation of their safe arrival home.
- Issue Secondary 1 Smart Cards and Student Passes.
- Provide general office support including printing, laminating, and guest refreshments.
Project/ Vendor Management:
- Coordinate school events and exercises such as Student Photo-Taking, Prize-Giving Ceremony, Sec 4 Graduation Ceremony, and Student Admissions.
Other Duties:
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the School Senior Management Team and Head of Department.
Requirements:
- GCE A Level or Diploma.
- Strong communication skills, meticulous, able to multitask, and a good team player.
- Basic knowledge of AI tools.
- Prior experience working in a school is an added advantage.
