Job Summary
You will serve walk-in customers by taking food orders, respond to phone inquiries and customer queries, and perform accurate data entry and reporting tasks to support daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Serve walk-in customers by accurately taking and processing their food orders
- Answer phone calls and respond clearly to customer queries and call centre requests
- Use WhatsApp Desktop and Microsoft Excel to complete assigned tasks efficiently
- Perform simple data entry with accuracy to maintain reliable records
- Prepare and complete closing reports, including cash counting and reconciliation to ensure cash and report totals match
- Distribute cash payouts to designated staff upon job completion
Requirement: This role requires to work evening shift from 6-9pm or 10pm.
