Job Purpose
To provide administrative and operational support to the Finance team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of financial transactions and effective handling of queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in issuing invoices and credit notes accurately and promptly
- Create and manage tickets in NetSuite for fee adjustments and updates
- Apply and reconcile incoming payments, including receipts and cash transactions
- Monitor and respond to incoming emails (internal and external stakeholders) in a timely and professional manner
- Support general finance administrative duties and documentation
- Perform ad hoc tasks and assignments as required by the Finance team
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Familiarity with accounting systems (NetSuite experience is an advantage)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general office applications
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and a positive working attitude
