Job Description

Job Purpose

To provide administrative and operational support to the Finance team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of financial transactions and effective handling of queries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in issuing invoices and credit notes accurately and promptly
  • Create and manage tickets in NetSuite for fee adjustments and updates
  • Apply and reconcile incoming payments, including receipts and cash transactions
  • Monitor and respond to incoming emails (internal and external stakeholders) in a timely and professional manner
  • Support general finance administrative duties and documentation
  • Perform ad hoc tasks and assignments as required by the Finance team

Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
  • Familiarity with accounting systems (NetSuite experience is an advantage)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general office applications
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills and a positive working attitude

Preferred Attributes

  • Prior experience in a finance or accounts support role
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
