Job Summary

Work as part of the Customer Centric Service Team to support office operations and project activities through effective administrative, procurement, and maintenance coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage phone calls and courier services to ensure smooth office communication and logistics
  • Log customer service and support calls accurately to maintain service records and follow-up actions
  • Order and track workplace supplies to maintain adequate inventory levels for daily operations
  • Coordinate with suppliers to manage procurement for project-related activities, ensuring timely delivery and cost control
  • Update and maintain the company assets register and office inventory to ensure accurate records and availability
  • Schedule and coordinate maintenance services for company equipment such as air conditioning and lighting to ensure proper functioning
  • Plan and organize major staff meetings, logistics, and company events to support team collaboration and company culture
  • Perform simple bookkeeping tasks using online accounting software to support financial record keeping
  • Manage service-related documentation to ensure compliance and easy retrieval

Required competencies and certifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office to prepare documents, spreadsheets, and presentations for office use
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to support bilingual office interactions

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Experience with online accounting software to perform bookkeeping tasks efficiently

  • Full Time / 5-days work (1-day WFH Flexi Arrangement)
