Job Summary
You will manage secured loan processes including documentation checks, disbursement, servicing, redemption, and fee collection while preparing customer communications and maintaining accurate records and system controls.
Responsibilities
- Verify and process secured loan documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy throughout loan disbursement and servicing activities
- Manage loan redemption and fee payment collections to maintain account integrity and customer satisfaction
- Prepare clear and timely instructions, payment advices, and notification letters for customers to support loan transactions
- Perform imaging, indexing, and filing of collateral documents to maintain organized and accessible records
- Review and update system reports regularly to monitor loan limits and prevent limit breaches
- Organize filing of source reports and media, and coordinate archival to ensure proper document retention and retrieval
