Responsibilities
- Prepare and process invoices accurately to ensure timely financial transactions
- Track and tabulate commissions to maintain clear and organized financial records
- Manage production tasks including artwork coordination and magazine production processes to meet quality standards
- Plan and implement integrated media campaigns across digital and offline platforms to achieve marketing objectives
- Provide responsive customer service by drafting professional emails, managing files, and handling contract services to support client needs
- Analyze numerical data and technology platforms to develop and articulate sound recommendations for media strategies
- Support overseas projects and collaborate with international teams to enhance global campaign effectiveness
