Key Responsibilities:
Grants & Salary Support Administration
- Administer, track, and manage a variety of government grants and salary support schemes.
- Conduct research to identify upcoming grant opportunities relevant to manpower development.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming payments and prepare periodic reports for internal use and audits.
Corporate Events & Employee Engagement
- Plan and execute quarterly staff events to boost employee morale and reinforce team culture.
- Maintain and update the annual calendar of corporate activities in alignment with company goals.
Requirements
1. NITEC / Higher NITEC in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related discipline.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration or corporate coordination, preferably within logistics, maritime, or related industries.
3. Familiarity with Singapore's government grant processes (e.g., WSG, SSG programs).
4. Strong organizational and reporting skills with attention to detail.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
6. Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across departments, government agencies, and external vendors.
