Job Description & Requirements
The Admin Executive will be responsible for administrative matters and processing of customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. He or she will work closely with the Sales and Customer Service teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to work independently with little supervision.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Handle incoming phone call
- Support the office and sales team in daily administration works such as filing of documents, data entry, generating of sales report, and responding to queries from sales team, customers and vendors.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding order status, changes, or cancellations in a professional and timely manner
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to orders
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in our order management system
- Book and schedule technician to fulfill the order
- Work closely with other departments to ensure that orders are fulfilled correctly and in a timely manner
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock shortages to appropriate parties
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Adhere to strict confidentiality standards
- Handle sensitive customer information with care
- Assist with special projects as needed
